HOW DOES IT WORK?
Step 1
We carry out due diligence, analyse and package property investment opportunities.
Step 2
We contact only investors on our list, if an investor is interested, we call to discuss details of the property deal including figures and answer any questions.
Step 3
If an investor wants to proceed, we will send over our T&Cs and finders fees agreement. Once we receive signed terms and fee agreement, we disclose full property details and close the deal.
Step 4
We then pass on the investors details to the selling agent or private seller, who would get in touch to request for documents and ID.
Step 5
The property will be marked as “Sold Subject To Contract”, then the usual sale process begins with solicitors.
Step 6
Announce Property works closely with all investors to support them throughout the entire process.
